Please read these terms before placing a custom printing order.
1. Agreement to these terms
By placing an order with PrintMyCustomShirts.com (operated by Mpressive Dezigns) you agree to these terms and to our Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy.
2. Custom made-to-order products
Every item is produced specifically for you from the artwork and specifications you submit. Please review your order details, sizes, colors and print dimensions carefully before checkout.
3. Artwork and ownership
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every file you upload, including logos, characters, photographs and licensed content. We may decline orders that appear to infringe third-party rights.
4. Artwork quality
We print the file you provide. Low-resolution, pixelated or incorrectly sized artwork may print poorly, and we are not responsible for quality issues caused by the submitted file.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown before checkout and payment is processed securely at checkout. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on the quantity ordered.
6. Production and delivery
Standard production is typically 1-3 business days and does not include shipping transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and carrier delays are outside our control.
7. Cancellations and changes
Because production begins quickly, cancellation and change requests must be submitted immediately after ordering. See our Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy for details.
8. Color reproduction
Screens display color differently than printed ink on fabric or hard surfaces. Slight color variation is normal and is not considered a defect.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including missed events or resale profits.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
