Simple pricing: each printed side (front or back) adds one flat fee, so a shirt never costs more than $30 no matter the print size. Large-print orders of 50+ shirts take about 2 weeks to ship or be ready for pickup — small-logo orders stay on the fast 1–3 business day turnaround.
Shirts start at $6.00 each (Adult 2XL–4XL add $2.00). Shirt orders under $100 include a $25 setup & production fee — it's waived automatically at $100. Need transfers only? Order DTF transfers.

Artwork Requirements for Custom Shirt Printing
Accepted file types
PNG, SVG, PDF, AI and EPS. Vector files scale to any print size with no quality loss.
Minimum 300 DPI
Photos and raster logos should be 300 DPI at the finished print size. Screenshots and social media downloads usually are not — send the original if you have it.
Transparent backgrounds recommended
A transparent PNG or vector file prints only your design. If yours has a white box behind it, add background removal in the builder and we will clean it up.

Yes — there is no minimum order. You can order a single custom t-shirt or a few thousand company shirts. Shirt orders under $100 include a $25 setup and production fee, and it is waived automatically once your shirt order reaches $100.
What file types are accepted for custom shirt printing?
We accept PNG, SVG, PDF, AI and EPS. Raster files should be at least 300 DPI at full print size, and transparent backgrounds are recommended so nothing prints as a white box. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal because they scale with no quality loss.
Do you offer same-day shirt printing?

Volume pricing is applied automatically — the more shirts you order, the lower the per-print fee, and every shirt bills between $14 and $30 depending on print locations and quantity, dropping to $13 at 50+ shirts and $12 at 100+. Orders of 25+ t-shirts ship free (hoodies ship at standard rates). Large-print orders of 50+ shirts take about 2 weeks; small-logo orders stay on the fast 1–3 business day turnaround even at higher quantities. Wholesale pricing for uniform programs and reorders is available on request.
What brands do you print?
We print on trusted blanks including Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Comfort Colors and Port & Company, plus performance and safety brands for work crews. If you need a specific brand, style number or color, ask and we will source it.
Can I order multiple shirt colors?
Yes. Choose from 20 shirt colors in the builder and add each color and size as its own line item — your volume discount is calculated on the total shirt quantity in your cart, not per color.
